Our Work

The Pakistan Christian Outreach Foundation seeks to partner with church leaders in order to identify and qualify displaced Pakistani Christian individuals and families that need help the most.  Once they are identified, we can provide individual assistance, helping to take care of their basic needs, including everything from providing daily meals and clothing to finding temporary shelters.

There is a disproportionate displacement of Pakistani Christians, due in some part to the Government's encroachment policies, and exacerbated by natural disasters and frequent acts of terrorism.  P.C.O.F. is committed to assisting with natural disaster relief.

To create lasting and permanent solutions for Pakistani Christians, we recognize that education is the key to a better life.  We must first reduce the illiteracy rates among the nearly two million Pakistani Christians by providing funding for the repairs and rehabilitation of primary middle and high school buildings.  Most of these facilities were constructed prior to the creation of Pakistan by European and American missionaries.

Additionally, we need to invest in new educational opportunities in areas of the country that lack such facilities and provide funding for free books.

Girls in Pakistani culture are less likely to receive an education. P.C.O.F is fully committed to ensuring and improving the safety and well being of Pakistani girls and women both in the household and in the work place. The Foundation will help create more opportunities for young Pakistani Christian girls to receive education. Additionally, funding will be designated for Christian women who are interested in setting up household business opportunities like sewing centers and similar home based small businesses.

Finally, the P.C.O.F. seeks to reduce unemployment among Pakistani Christian individuals by discovering job opportunities, facilitating the hiring process and partnering with newly employed worked in order to help lift them from poverty and despair.
